Cancelation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a $30 cancellation fee. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This policy is in place to respect our artists’ time and to allow availability for other clients.
