Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a 24 hour notice for change or cancellation. You may reschedule your appointments without penalty as long as their is 24 hour notice. Rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result is a 50% fee of the scheduled service price. If you miss your appointment or no/call no show you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for the scheduled treatment price. If you have a package then one session will be deducted.

Late Policy

If you are running late to your appointment please kindly contact us ASAP. If you are more than 5 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be marked as a cancellation and you will be charged unless you have spoken to us directly and told otherwise. Our appointment times are usually scheduled back to back and late appointments will interfere with our other clients, we try our best to be accommodating to our clients as best as we can, but we also must maintain the value of our other clients schedules and time.

Cancelled appointments due to being late will be charged to FULL SERVICE PRICE.

The Bronzed Beauty Bar LLC does not issue refunds under any circumstance. If you are unhappy with your service or their is a problem please contact us directly ASAP following your appointment and we will do our best to resolve the issues.
